Trump’s latest stunt—opening “Alligator Alcatraz”—is fascist theater at its worst. Built in the Everglades to cage brown immigrants with no criminal record, this prison-with-snakes-and-gators is designed to torture, terrify, and disappear people—just like a textbook concentration camp.

Reuters reports just how horrific MAGA nationalism really is. Great? Try grotesque.

“In promoting the opening of the facility, U.S. officials posted on social media images of alligators wearing Immigration and Customs Enforcement hats. The Florida Republican Party is selling gator-themed clothing and beer koozies.”

Can you imagine the kind of person who would buy that? It’s like wearing a T-shirt in Nazi Germany that reads: “My neighbors were sent to Auschwitz and all I got was their gold teeth.”

It’s not patriotism. It’s plain old cruelty. It’s genocide made for merch. And it’s the opposite of greatness. This is a very Ungreat America.

kristi noem donned her MAGA-affirming facelift grin as she toured the tents with trump and desantis, claiming they’re removing “murderers and rapists.” But the real monsters are the regime pushing this cruelty and the billionaires funding it.

These private-prison gulags have zero oversight. They can recklessly overcrowd, starve, torture, and disappear detainees—just like the Holocaust. Nothing about “Alligator Alcatraz” is humane. It was built fast, without care, in deadly territory, to uphold white supremacy’s message: we will disappear Brown people—and we dare you to stop us.
