But someone else gets a fair shot? Suddenly it’s “discrimination.”
Meanwhile, folks who’ve had to: Code-switch through life, work twice as hard for half the credit, prove their humanity before their talent … are still told to “pull themselves up by their bootstraps” when those boots were never made for walking.
And now, the MAGA SCOTUS is weaponizing “equality” to erase equity, defending the fragile egos of the few over the deep needs of the many.

The MAGA-dominated Supreme Court is weaponizing “equality” to protect the most privileged — straight white people (we know this will primarily help the dominant class, straight white men) — while undermining the hard-won rights of people of color, LGBTQ+ people, and women. This isn’t about fairness; it’s about defending fragile power. Claims of “reverse discrimination” are almost always smokescreens meant to roll back equity, not restore justice.

Reverse Discrimination Cases Won by White Men? Only a handful have succeeded at the Supreme Court level — most notably:
